About the Role
As a Functional Assessor, you will work autonomously to assess individuals applying for:

Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

Work Capability Assessment (WCA) (discipline dependent)
You will conduct assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments, exploring how a wide range of health conditions impact a person’s daily life. Using your clinical judgement, you will:

Interpret medical evidence

Conduct structured, respectful assessments
-
Produce detailed, evidence-based reports

Support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process
